Why a board game club?

Picture

People

The first goal of the club is to provide a venue to meet students you may not normally get to know and some topics of conversation like theme, artwork, strategy, and mechanics of the game.
Picture

Strategy

Learning how to develop a strategy, especially in a new game can be applied to other areas of your life. Strategy can help you get more organized and complete tasks more efficiently.  This will help in your academic classes and in life after board game club.

Try Something  New

The world of board games reaches well beyond Monopoly and Clue.  Club members will be encouraged to step out of their comfort zone and try new games.  Members will also be encouraged to share the games that they have discovered.
